Doris

Doris does not live in the same neighborhood as the Sullivan Sims, but I thought she deserved a spot in the rotation anyway. At least it means I would play her from time to time. Originally, she had her hair in a bun, but since RealDoris pretty much never wears her hair in a bun now, I decided to let SimDoris's hair out.

Doris is a Couch Potato, a Natural Cook, Hydrophobic, a Hopeless Romantic, and Friendly. When I started (Saturday Sim time) she was an Ingredient Taster at the restaurant.

Doris lives in a tiny little house. The living room reminds me of tropical fruit. She also has pink flamingoes in her lawn, which is too awesome for words.

For a hydrophobe, Doris had to deal with a lot of random water in her life for the first couple of days. First she had to endure the horrifying experience of showering - always reduces her to blubbery tears.

Then her sink sprang a leak and she had to fix it herself because she's too poor to call in a repair technician.

By Monday she had been promoted to Line Cook, but she still wore the same outfit to work.
