Ambitions

As part of the Ambitions expansion pack, there are several new lots around town. Sims can join these professions instead of the fast-track careers. As far as I can tell, there are no promotions for the professions.

Among them are a salon, a fire station, and a store where people sell things they've made.

Here, Candy visits the salon.

You can give someone a makeover, request a makeover from someone else, or give yourself a makeover. Candy wasn't wild about getting a makeover from a stranger, so she stepped into one of the stations and started work on herself.
