Chillin' with New Friends

The next day Peter spent some more time in the park playing the guitar. He can play for tips now, and had drawn a decent crowd. Some of the listeners were even dancing! Nearby, newly promoted Medical Intern Tara - still in her Paramedic uniform though - hung out on the swings. It's not often Tara gets the chance to just chill, so I left her there until she was ready to go. The house finally got a stereo, and Tegan asked Erin to dance.

The house gained a new resident around this time: Youngbum Cho. He's a party animal like Tegan, has a good sense of humor, is hydrophobic, a couch potato, and childish.

Tegan moved in for the kill, using every trick in the book.
"Oh, you're so tense! Let me give you a massage!" "You look sad. Do you need a hug?"
"Oh, you're so strong!"
(Bonus: Panty shot!)

Unfortunately, Youngbum started to find her persistence a little creepy. They ended up deciding to be friends...for now. Tegan hasn't given up hope yet.

Erin grew a little of tired sitting around the house doing nothing, and Youngbum had broken her computer, so she couldn't even write. She wandered down the street to pay a visit to some familiar-looking neighbors.

It turned out Marion and Candy had been in the neighborhood for a while, but since Erin lives like a semi-recluse, she hadn't met them yet. They had a pleasant talk about the bookshop and their respective careers. Erin, probably desperate for some new faces to look at, invited them to the house, but they declined. Erin returned to her cave to try to make goopy carbonara without burning it. (She failed.)
