Unfortunately for him, Holly Kim was there with a friend, and they were totally rockin' out on the park instruments. Youngbum didn't get so much as a dime!
Youngbum is a minor Celebrity (1-star), but Tegan doesn't have any Celebrity Status at all. They both wanted to hit the town one night, so they decided to take it slow and hit up one of the dive bars first. The place was fairly grungy, with garage doors everywhere and cheap furniture. Youngbum ordered a drink, but the mixologist was less than skilled.
While Youngbum was waiting for his drink, Tegan wandered off by herself, found a table, and got up to dance. People, I swear...she did that completely on her own, and it was awesome.
When that fun was over, they decided to hit up the Aquarius lounge next. This was a bold undertaking. How would they even get in the doors? They both tried their best to sweet-talk their way past the bouncers.
Denied!
They had not yet used all of their ingenuity yet. The lower floor's bartender wandered upstairs, giving Tegan the opportunity to sneak in.
What is she, a silent film villain?
Meanwhile, Youngbum succeeded in bribing the upper floor's bouncer and strolled in unchallenged.
Just as the place was closing, the mixologist on Tegan's floor recognized her as a non-Celebrity and told on her. Run, Tegan!
The next morning, Tegan had to go to work. Unfortunately for her, she'd had only a couple of hours' sleep and was still pretty tired. I bought her a shiny new coffee/cappuccino maker thing and she had a cup of joe before heading out to work.
When she got home a few hours later, she was completely exhausted and dealing with a caffeine crash, so she slept for a long time. She woke up in time to change into her new formal dress and head out to Tara's party.
"Wooooooo!"
Tegan spent most of the party consoling some guy for his girlfriend's death. The girlfriend looks like Fiona McIrish. That lady got around!
